Claire Lasers Corporation

Claire Lasers Corporation (CLC) is a solution provider of laser-based systems for the industrial and biomedical markets, but our products can also be applied to a wide variety of application fields.

Our flagship industrial product is the ClearMark Series of Q-switched lasers marker / engraver. Application system developed on the basis of the ClearMark includes the Laser-in-Motion (LIM) system to enable cost-effective laser marking in series with blanking press in the metal forming market. Our LIM system product was selected at the Canadian Manufacturing Technology Show (CMTS) to be amongst the prestigious series of Innovation 2007.

We can also provide laser markers at 532 nm wavelengths, and we have engineering capabilities to address opportunities at other wavelengths of industrial relevance from 10 micron CO2 laser, to 355 nm UV wavelength.

CLC produces a high-peak-power DPSS Q-switched (3ns pulse) laser, the PuckLaser suitable for industrial applications, such as marking, micromachining, and pulsed laser deposition of refractory material. CLC produces the NanoLaser series, a pulsed laser with specification that can be configured at selected wavelengths from UV to IR, and with a pulse duration selected over the range of 2 - 200 nsec; this product is aimed towards OEM market for integration in advanced sensor applications such as imaging and ranging LIDAR.

Prompted by the needs of its customers using high-power laser in industrial applications, CLC has developed the BeamMeter; a metrology instrument used for complete characterization of pulsed laser beam, including transverse beam profile, temporal pulse profile and total pulsed energy.

Our biomedical products lines includes red, green, blue and violet lasers sources and integrated RGB laser systems for microscopy, spectroscopy, time-resolved experiments and other time-gated scientific applications. These lasers are available in a wide range of wavelengths, spanning 375 - 1064 nm. CLC also produces the FiberRainbow laser, a configurable fibre-coupled RGB laser source targeted to the biomedical engineering markets for microscopy, imaging and spectroscopy applications. The latest product of CLC is the SolidColour Series consists of precision calibrated light sources at visible wavelengths and ideal for microscopy illumination and Photodynamic Therapy (PDT).

Along with its own lines of products, CLC distributes products for world leaders Blue Sky Research and PUREX.
